  • I'm busy right now, I’m worried I won’t have time! Do I need to follow a set timeline or can I go at my own pace?

    With Power Diary you get a free 14 day trial so the aim is to get everything set up in those 14 days so you're not paying for a system you're not using. I'd suggest doing this course when you have a spare hour each day for the 14 days or you can block out a full day to complete.

  • How long will I have access to the content? Will the course expire?

    This course is a lifetime course! So what does that mean for you? Well, it means you’re in luck! I want you to always have this content, so if you join now, it’s yours forever. Once you’re in, you’re in for everything that’s waiting for you now (and anything that I add to it).

  • How is the content delivered? I’m worried that I won’t learn the way I like to learn best.

    I understand that everyone has different learning styles, which is why I’ve got you covered. The content is delivered in multiple ways to speak to your personal learning style. You can watch the video demonstration and hear my voice or you can follow along with the simple written instructions.

  • Can I use this if I'm not a therapist or counsellor?

    The set up process is the same but this course was made specifically for therapists and counsellors so will definitely benefit those the most. There may be industry norms you would like to have that I'm not aware of so I'd suggest finding someone who's a better fit if you're not a therapist or counsellor.

  • Will this integrate with my email provider and calendar?

    Power Diary currently only integrates with Google. If you use Gmail and / or Google Workspace it will integrate with your email automatically and you'll be able to integrate with your Google Calendar very easily.

  • Do you offer 1:1 Setups or advice?

    Right now we're not doing online setups as part of our business offering but this will be coming back later in the year. If you'd like to book a 1:1 60 minute call with me you can contact me on [email protected] and I'll send you out a booking link.

  • Can my VA / OBM / Admin Team Member join on my behalf?

    Yes! You’ll only have one log-in to the course platform so you'll need to share this with them. Please note: Team members can only implement the templates in this course for your business, so make sure they know that!

  • I’m a therapist service provider. Can I use the templates in this course for my own clients?

    No. When you purchase the Power Diary Setup course, you are purchasing a single-use license to be used for your business only.
